STOLEN was in tight when the gates opened up, patiently settled at the back of the pack finding her stride down the backstretch, began to uncork a rally bursting between horses three wide at the quarter pole and while five wide lengthened stride smartly, coming with a strong late kick to win impressively when crossing the finish line. STRIKE A CHORD broke sharp getting the lead on the inside down the backstretch, spurted away from the pesky outside rival by the quarter pole to be in command comfortably by upper stretch, began to shorten stride on the wrong lead with a furlong to go and had nothing to offer when the winner swept past in the late stages. KATHERINE'S GEM travelling on the rail stalking near the rear in the early going, saved ground taking the short way around the bend, rallied on the fence in upper stretch and kept on coming late to almost get up for the runners up share inside foes in the end. HOME FOR A REST had an outside trip in a stalking role, took closer order with rivals on either side on the turn, began to pick up the bit in the two path at the top of the lane and finished up intently to settle on the fringes in the end while battling for the place share to the wire. QUIET MADDELENA broke outwards on the start, had a good spot alone watching the engaged duo in the early going, improved position on the rail through the turn, chased the frontrunner in upper stretch and finished up evenly while drifting out in the final furlong. SUMMER SNOW hounded the pace on the outside down the back straight, could not keep up with the leader, giving way at the quarter pole, dueled for a minor share at the top of the lane but faltered to the wire. LOIS LEN settled on the outside in mid-pack, regressed under a ride three to four wide outside foes around the bend and emptied out when turning for home playing no role in the stretch running.
