Footnotes
OUR LADY was away alertly clearing to the fence quite comfortably by the half mile marker, rolled along unopposed around the turn and opened up at will at the furlong pole while winning impressively under a hand ride. VINTAGE RING settled on the rail in mid-division along the back straight, was picking up the bit smartly when gaining inside foes midway around the bend, continued to improve on the fence at the top of the stretch and easily won the battle besting the rest for the runners share at the finish. WORKOUT AFFAIR was fractious prior to the start, broke sharply to sit behind the lead pair on the rail down the backside, chased the frontrunning winner while on the fence through the turn, shifted out three wide for the drive but lost the duel for the place share in mid-stretch. SHE'S PRETTY had an awkward beginning to trail the field after the break, found her stride under a good rhythm improving on the fence by the half, closed the gap inside horses through the turn, lost some momentum coming up to a tired horse having to be mildly checked for a moment leaving the turn and finished up with good late energy passing rivals up the rail down the stretch to settle on the fringes in the end. MY EMMY stalked near the back in the early stages, offered a mild run four wide outside at the quarter pole, shifted out in the six path for the drive to the wire and finished up willingly running on end late. EARENDEL tracked on the outside three wide in the second flight, offered a brief rally outside attempting to close the gap on the frontrunner at the quarter pole and yielded between runners while trying to hold for a minor placing in the final sixteenth of a mile. BEACH CRICKET settled in midfield while travelling outside three wide down the backside, made no progress still outside in the three path around the turn, shifted out to be five wide straightening out for the drive and could not factor in the stretch running. NICKI IS A BREEZE was antsy prior to the start, co-trailed between horses with a half mile remaining, was nudged along but could not gain on others around the turn, shifted out seven wide having clear run at the top of the stretch and finished with some interest passing tired ones late. MISS BOUJEE was shuffled back positions going down the backside to sit in the third flight between runners, went in the wrong way while hard ridden with horses on either side around the bend and weakened in the two path in upper stretch. TANDHONEYWITHANE bore out on the break, co-trailed travelling three deep on the outside by the half, made no headway continuing the three path journey on the turn, shifted out five wide turning for home and had little in the stretch drive. FORESTERS EXEC was eager under restraint fighting the rider while chasing the pacesetter outside down the backstretch, regressed slightly between rivals going around the oval and faltered four wide having little left by upper stretch. CALL ME MISSLUCKY stalked near the back having a few rivals beaten in the early stages, lost ground to rivals while running three wide through the turn, shifted to the six path at the top of the lane but emptied out running to the finish line.
