SAVE THE DATE vied between runners at the start, was reined back to watch the contesting pair appearing to have horse with five sixteenths to go, bullied her way through a small opening in the two path entering the stretch and won going away on the fence to the finish line. SECRET BUTTERFLY watched the engaged trio while outside down the back straight, waited on the rail just behind the dueling leaders throughout the turn, swung out quickly from the fence to the seven path having clear run at the top of the stretch and had a good late charge to win the battle for second money coming to the wire. HELANA travelled four deep on the outside in mid-division, closed in smartly three wide to watch the contesting pair around the bend, bid four wide outside with two furlongs from the prize, was moving well while in the hunt in the five path down the lane but lost place runners up battle in deep stretch. ENGLISH JUBILEE was unhurried, trailing the field along the backside, began to extend her stride three wide midway through the turn, was forced out by the inside rival to be widest in the eight path straightening for home and relentlessly kept on coming to get a minor placing at the finish. PRINCESSONAMISSION had a narrow advantage three deep on the outside in the beginning, pressed the issue outside around the turn, poked its head in front outside with a quarter mile left to go, was clinging onto the lead in the three path at the top of the stretch but tired in the last furlong to lose a few positions late. OLIVIA'S MELODY had a stalking trip on the rail early on, regressed to last on the fence by the quarter pole, shifted outside for the stretch run passing only the troubled runner and a weary foe late down the lane. MAKAYLA travelled near the rear ahead of only one horse in the beginning, offered a brief run outside at the three eighths marker, angled four wide for the drive to the wire but could not get into contention in the stretch running. ZEENA SWIFT dueled on the rail fighting up front down the backside, opened up for a brief lead at the half, relinquished the top spot going head to head on the rail in midturn, was bounced around on the fence inside the quarter pole, lost all action when checked and was eased through the lane while crossing the finish line.
