ONDINE LADY moved in down the backstretch under restraint to hound the pace by the half, shadowed outside, waiting for the cue to go around the bend, edged clear in the two path in upper stretch and when let out a notch at the eighth pole won going away at the wire. PROUD MISCHIEF drafted on the fence behind the lead twosome, continued to hug the rail watching the lead two duel through the turn, shifted off the leaders at the quarter pole to have a clear lane three wide in upper stretch, was no match for the winner by the furlong marker but did finish up smartly to comfortably best the rest for the runners up share. OLIVIA'S MELODY was unhurried, co-trailing on the fence down the backside, was urged to go on midway around the turn passing a rival, shifted between foes five wide entering the stretch and closed in belatedly under vigorous handling to just get up late, catching the tiring early leader coming to the finish line. FANNY M was hustled from the start having the early lead, continued up top but by a narrow margin inside around the turn, relinquished the lead to the winner by the quarter pole and had little left for the stretch drive and wilted running to the wire just failing to hold for the show money. SHAMELESS AFFAIR had a good spot on the outside watching the contesting duo in the early stages, angled out four wide turning for home in the mix for a piece of the prize, had little when asked for more in upper stretch and gave way between horses at the furlong pole. RED MOOD broke out on the start but was quickly corrected, co-trailed on the outside down the backstretch, made little impression running around the oval to be isolated at the rear with a quarter mile to go, shifted out widest in the six path turning for home but showed little finish down the lane.
