RUTHLESS ACTION was under a snug hold tracking the pacesetter while having foes on either side, was poised just off the fence keeping a close eye on the leader around the oval, loomed outside in the four path turning for home, never switched leads down the lane but still determinedly wore down the frontrunner in the last seventy yards for the gritty win. WILD RED was unhurried trailing the field with a half mile to run, still was at the rear in the two path by the quarter pole but was not all that far off from the frontrunner, burst between rivals two wide having a good run in upper stretch and with one final late surge in deep stretch timed the wire perfectly to get up for the runners up share right at the finish line. JINX ME settled near the back of the pack going four deep along the backside, continued the overland route trying to circle the field still four wide around the bend, shifted out to the five path still giving it her all outside foes down the lane and was just denied by the nod at the wire for the runners up share. BALLS IN UR COURT set a brisk pace loose on the lead but in hand down the backside, rolled along up top through the turn slowing the tempo down slightly, began to shorten stride while staying on the wrong lead clinging onto the lead with a furlong to go but could not find much more resolve late and wilted in the final seventy yards to lose a couple of placing at the finish line. ADORABLE ANGEL had an outside position in mid-division down the back straight, crept closer between horses three wide on the bend, shifted out four wide straightening out for the drive but could only finish up one paced making little impression in the late running. FLORIDA VACATION stumbled soon after the break, was then rushed up on the inside along the backstretch under a tight hold eager behind the leader at the half, waited on the rail in mid-pack on the turn inside foes, skimmed the fence head cocked outside turning for home in with a chance for a minor share, lugged in through the stretch, had little left to give by the furlong marker emptying out and was not persevered with late.
