MASON'S GAMBLE shifted in settling mid-pack outside a foe, went two to three wide on the turn, came out near the furlong marker, struck the lead soon after, continued to drift out while moving clear and held sway. FORESTER'S FORTUNE broke just a step slowly, settled well back outside, fanned twelve wide turning for home and beginning to gain willingly, was asked for more nearing mid-stretch, gained steadily but was only second best. PAT'S GAMBLE settled toward the back, swung ten wide turning for home, kept on to get up for show honors. AWESOME BOURBON exchanged minor contact with a foe up the backstretch stalking from outside four wide into the turn, moved to challenge taking command by the quarter pole, was outkicked. PALACE VIEW (IRE) settled off the pace leading the back half of the field into the turn, saved ground on that bend, came out four wide in upper stretch, ran on to improve. AWESOME CRUSADER shifted in racing close up in behind the leaders tracking from inside, saved ground on the turn, came out at the top of the stretch then continued to move out through late stretch, ran on evenly. BLAST IN THE SNOW pursued from outside mid-pack, went three to four wide on the turn, swung nine deep turning for home, drifted in a bit, failed to rally. BRITISH ARTILLERY broke a bit awkwardly and was taken hold of, settled near mid-pack, saved ground on the turn, came out a bit in late stretch to pass a tiring foe and ran on. READY TO COLLECT was up close stalking from outside, went four to five wide on the turn, came out a bit further in upper stretch and weakened. BANKINGONAMIRACLE soon led, set the pace inside on or just off the rail, gave way in the stretch. COTTON was forwardly-placed chasing between foes three wide into the turn, dropped back late on that bend, came out eight deep in upper stretch, was carried in soon after and in tight past the eighth pole then not persevered with after. YLIVOIMAINEN was always well back and made no impact. STITCHES chased from outside early, eased back and shifted in before the turn, went mostly three wide on that bend, came out several paths turning for home, altered inside a foe in upper stretch, faded thereafter.
