SEVEN P R C seized control from the start, opened up comfortably while slowing the pace around the turn, drew away in upper stretch and cruised home for the win never being challenged throughout the running of the race. BLACKMARSH co-trailed on the outside having a half mile still to run, rallied smartly four wide swooping around foes at the quarter pole, dueled for the place share outside with the winner long gone down the stretch and with a late surge bested the rest for the runners up share at the finish line. BLAZE OF MISCHIEF stalked four deep ahead of a couple of runners in the early stages, started to make a move picking up the bit three wide outside horses at the five sixteenths pole, shifted to the four path battling for second money turning for home but was outdueled late and settled for the show award at the wire instead. NASHYAN settled in the middle of the pack between foes down the backside, made a run three wide at the quarter pole with rivals on both sides, was in the hunt still in the three path straightening out for home, fought on down the lane for the place share but evened out in the last seventy yards to be a fringe player in the end. SUNNYVILLE drafted behind the leader down the backside, kept pace when scrubbed on for more with the group fighting foe second money on the bend, had little left in the late running and faded on the fence in the last sixteenth of a mile. HER OBSESSION brushed the inside of the gate tossing her head on the break, co-trailed on the inside by the half, shifted out at the five sixteenths pole, chose to go outside to be widest in the six path for the drive and managed to pass a couple of weary rivals in the final eighth of a mile. CONQUER THE STORM pressed the issue between in the early going, was roused for more but was going in the wrong direction by the five sixteenths pole and while two wide at the top of the lane came up empty for the stretch drive. MISS OZEGE prompted the pace four deep along the backside, chased the frontrunning winner making no gain through the turn and had nothing left to offer for the drive faltering between horses in the two path at the furlong marker.
