Footnotes
OUJDA (FR) was up close tracking in behind and inside saving ground, came out five wide in upper stretch, took aim, took over past the furlong pole, moved clear and held sway. READY TO JAM brushed lightly with a foe at the start, stalked from between runners mid-pack about two to three wide, shifted seven wide in upper stretch, kicked on well but could make no headway on the winner late while clear of the rest. TICKER TAPE HOME brushed a rival just lightly at the start, settled off the pace near the inside saving ground on the turn, came out in upper stretch then altered back to the rail in mid- to late-stretch finishing up strongly inside but was not enough. METAPHYSICAL was under a hold reserved toward the back between foes three to four wide, was guided out a bit in mid-stretch, finished well but too late. DONTLOOKBACKATALL stalked outside three to four wide, took closer order three furlongs out, bid with a narrow lead at the quarter pole, was overtaken past the eighth pole and weakened. LOON CRY broke a step slowly, unhurriedly brought up the rear, swung eleven wide into upper stretch, ran on mildly outside. NICE AS PIE lacked early speed racing last but one despite some early encouragement, went three to four wide on the turn outside foes, shifted ten deep turning for home, ran on but needed more to threaten. QUEEN OF THE MUD (IRE) got away well, vied inside for the lead, weakened in the stretch. SICKLE DANCE vied outside for the lead, took a narrow advantage from between foes at the five-sixteenths, weakened in the stretch. RUN FOR THE HILLS stalked from outside the second flight going three to four wide into the turn, was ridden along at the five-sixteenths, came out seven to eight wide for the drive, dropped back and faded.
