STANLEY HOUSE soon led and moved clear shifting in to set the pace from off the rail, rationed out the speed on the front-end, widened into the far turn, was asked in upper stretch and responded to extend the margin then held safe. DANCIN IN DA'NILE settled mid-pack two to three wide early, shifted six wide into upper stretch, finished strongest to be second best. ROSCAR shifted in to track the eventual winner in behind inside but off the fence, was put to stout urging by upper stretch, ran on evenly to secure show honors. LEGAL CATCH was forced three wide early moving forward to talk just off the pace, shifted in up the backstretch, saved ground on the far turn, came out in the stretch and ran on but needed more. PUBLIC SECTOR (GB) was bumped soon after the start, gained forward position but was forced four wide into the initial bend, stalked the eventual winner up the backstretch, went three to four wide on the far turn, weakened in the stretch. RON'S GIZMO settled last but one shifting in near but off the rail, waited till late on the far turn, fanned out at that juncture coming into upper stretch ten wide, kicked on mildly outside. NEVER SURPRISED bumped a rival early, was caught three to four wide toward the rear through the first turn, made an early advance outside foes into and on the far turn still three to four deep and getting close to the leaders by the three-eights, evened out in the stretch while tipping out wider and could not rally. TWOWAYCROSSING switched out off the inside settling toward the rear, came out eight to nine wide in the stretch, failed to menace. MCAVOY settled in the back half off the inside, dropped to last late on the far turn, was never near enough to threaten. FROSTED OVER steadied just slightly along the rail when in tight entering the first bend racing mid-pack, dropped back steadily heading into and on the far turn, failed to rally. ATLAST (FR) unhurriedly brought up the rear, made an early advance outside reaching mid-division coming to the three-eighths, faltered and faded.
