MITOLE POWER got away well but was outsprinted to the fore, shadowed the new leader from outside, took closer order leaving the backstretch putting a short head in front briefly at the seven-sixteenths, dueled outside and was under some encouragement past the three-eighths, took charge at the top of the stretch, moved clear in mid-stretch, lugged out a bit soon after, held sway while being kept to the task. MARYLAND SPIRIT broke a step slowly, moved forward inside up the backstretch chasing in behind the leading pair, came out a few paths for room in upper stretch, shifted back in once the leader drifted out, continued to rally steadily but slowly inside and just missed but was second best. GAMBLE ON LOVE chased mid-pack between foes into the turn, eased back from between runners, went two to three wide on the turn, came out a bit in the lane, improved position outfinishing rivals to get show honors. GET OUT THE VOTE broke outwardly, was up close early chasing from outside, went three to four wide on the turn, came out a bit for the drive, ran on but needed more. KITTY'SSPEEDYSTARR broke just a half step slowly but was quick to move to the fore inside, set the pace hounded by a rival, dueled with that one after briefly getting headed entering the turn, was overtaken for good in upper stretch, gave way in the lane. MOET MONET settled outside at the back, swung seven to eigth wide, failed to menace. LILLZ STAR was at the back near the inside and never near enough to threaten.
