JIMMIES BIG DAY was quick to take the lead, moved clear setting the pace from off the rail, was challenged in deep stretch by an inside foe, fought on to hold that one at bay. HIGHLAND SOCIETY shifted in late up the backstretch, saved ground tracking inside on the turn, made a mild bid inside in mid- to late-stretch under stout urging but was fended off and second best. ENCHANT ME stalked from outside, advanced some three to four wide late on the turn and was asked for run at the quarter pole, fought on outside to get the nod for show. HEAT MERCHANT settled off the pace between foes, was mostly two to three wide, ran on but could not get past inside a rival for show. EXECUTIVE SEARCH stumbled badly at the start, moved outside foes and rapidly advance to chase just off the leader, raced three to four wide, weakened in the stretch. SHERIF ALI was inside at the rear, couldn't keep pace dropping further off the leaders, swung wide into the stretch, was never a threat.
