INDY ONE was forwardly-positioned tracking inside, shifted out coming five wide past the quarter pole, was seven wide at the top of the stretch taking a narrow lead and under urging, lugged in a path or so at that juncture, straightened out, forged clear under steady handling. CATHOLIC JACKIE was bumped into a rival at the start, settled off the pace, trailed coming to the top of the stretch, tipped out in the lane eventually coming out six wide, rallied well but too late, got up for second. WICO (IRE) bumped a rival at the start, was prominent early then eased back off the leader to stalk, moved rapidly from three furlongs out, took a narrow lead at the quarter pole, drifted five wide into upper stretch, came out a bit then steadied just slightly and altered back in a path, ran on, was no match for the winner and just lost place late. PASSTHEPUDDINPLEAZ was bumped from both sides at the start, settled mid-pack, shifted in, raced near but off the fence on the turn cutting the corner into upper stretch, kicked on mildly inside but needed more. JMR SPEEDY ESCAPE was bumped into a rival at the start, settled off the pace, advanced between foes three wide past the quarter pole, was carried out a bit in the stretch, ran on eight wide late but needed more. ADELAIDE COURT vied briefly then moved clear, set the pace near the inside, was overtaken late on the turn, came into upper stretch three wide, faltered late. ORPHAN HALLIE bumped a rival at the start, raced at the back, was forced outside foes on the turn coming into upper stretch six wide, failed to menace. LEFT IN MY DUST chased from outside, dropped back four wide between foes at the quarter pole and faded. FOLLOWING AN OBJECTION BY THE RIDER OF WICO (IRE) AGAINST INDY ONE ALLEGING INTERFERENCE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
