CORSIA VELOCE stalked from mid-division outside a foe two to three wide, began to move four wide coming past the five-sixteenths, came into upper stretch six deep and under urging, struck the lead past the three-sixteenths, was clear in mid-stretch and held sway while being kept to the task. SWEET FUSION settled last but one while a bit outpaced in the early stages, saved ground on the turn, cut the corner turning into upper stretch, angled out five wide finding room between runners near the furlong grounds, was in range but could not make headway on the top one while holding the place. DYNA settled in the back half of the field near the rail saving ground through the turn, shifted seven wide in upper stretch, kept on late and narrowly missed second. ON MY TIME exchanged a bump at the start, unhurriedly brought up the rear, swung eight wide into upper stretch and improved position widest of all. PIPER'S GIFT pursued the leaders just off the pace inside and behind, took closer order late on the turn coming to the top of the stretch in range, tipped out a bit for the drive, failed to rally. TWIST OF SUGAR was soon clear, set the pace from just off the rail, faltered in the stretch. KINZIE GIRL settled off the pace outside two to three wide, swung six to seven deep, failed to menace. NACHO PROBLEM exchanged a bump at the start, moved forward racing up close stalking the leader from outside three wide, was niggled along three furlongs out and put to sterner urging soon after, came up empty in the drive.
