Footnotes
SHE FEELS PRETTY rated in behind the pacesetter and another rival near but off the fence, appeared keen and uncomfortable from the seven-eighths as rivals came up behind and then outside, was still under a hold but able to move out and settle down passing the three-quarter pole stalking the top pair now from outside, edged closer willingly on the far turn still unasked, came into upper stretch five wide rapidly taking command, was under vigorous hand urging moving clear with the rider checking back for competition, was given further encouragement past the furlong marker and guided out closer to the lone threat, just held from that foe while being kept to task. DIAMOND RAIN (GB) got away slowly, brought up the rear into the first turn, moved forward inside early up the backstretch settling off but closer to the pace, advanced willingly on the far turn still inside runners before shifting out past the three-eighths now niggled along, came to the top of the stretch six deep, drifted out a few paths in upper stretch, straightened out and gained steadily but slowly on the leader to just miss. READY FOR SHIRL bumped with a rival at the start, was caught outside foes four to five wide early, shifted in late up the backstretch, saved ground on the far turn, was guided out at the three-sixteenths, ran on without threatening the top pair but was best of the rest. VENENCIA (FR) was lightly bumped twice soon after the start, switched out off the inside settling two to three wide, raced between foes early up the backstretch, shifted six wide turning into upper stretch, was guided in a bit soon after, ran on inside runners late to get the nod for fourth. CAITLINHERGRTNESS stalked the pacesetter from outside, took closer order on the far turn, made a mild brief bid between foes late on that bend, lacked the needed late kick. LITERATE bumped a rival twice shortly after the break, was caught outside foes into and on the first turn, made a mild early advance taking closer order midway up the backstretch outside, dropped back on the far turn while floating seven wide into upper stretch, failed to threaten late. HURRICANE CLAIR bumped with a foe at the start but recovered quickly, spurted clear and shifted in to dictate terms from off the fence, was shadowed on the far turn, challenged late on that bend, faded in the stretch.
