HELLO JELLO was nestled on the rail drafting behind the pacesetter down the backstretch, waited for the cue to go behind the leader around the bend, pounced three wide splitting rivals at the top of the lane, dueled outside relentlessly through the stretch and got the head down at the wire winning the nod. LIVININTHEFASTLANE was hustled having a slim lead on the rail down the backside, edged away from the outside early speed foe in midturn, had company outside turning for home, was unyielding digging in down the lane to the wire inside but lost the bob at the finish line in a thrilling stretch battle. AIM DON'T MISS had the fence while sitting in mid-pack down the backstretch, crept up inside runners through the turn, was looking for running room shifting out for wide for the drive to the wire, darted to the fence having clear run at the eighth pole and finished up gamely to be a clear third while not that far off the top pair as well at the wire. ASHUKA kept a close eye watching the lead pair while travelling three deep early on, dropped back slightly at the half, improved outside rivals on the turn going five wide at the quarter pole coming with a run, angled to the six path straightening out for home and ran on mildly for a minor placing in the end. HALCON NEGRO broke out on the start, travelled outside foes in midfield by the half, could not advance outside rivals running around the turn but did show some late interest in the three path in mid-stretch. GLORIOUS REVENGE press the issue outside down the backstretch, was roused at the five sixteenths pole but the frontrunner was starting to inch away, gave way up top between foes four wide at the top of the lane and faded further in the final furlong. SUMMER TRAIN was in tight on the break trailing in the chute, stalked close to the rear along the back straight, made no progression saving all the ground through the turn and could only manage to pick up weary rivals in the last eighth of a mile. BIG LEW tracked between horses at the half, had outside position in the second flight closing the gap around the bend to be in the mix five wide in upper stretch, could not find more late and tired between rivals at the furlong marker. WANNA'S LEGACY stalked close to the rear having rail position, made no headway inside another around the oval and never was a factor coming up empty on the fence for the stretch run. HIGHLAND ROCKY was allowed to settle into stride seeing the field along the backside, lagged well behind throughout the turn and could not get involved in the stretch drive.
