LUDICROUS was taken hold of and stalked in behind under light rating tactics, split rivals coming to the top of the stretch bumping an outside rival bulling through between, took the lead in upper stretch, edged clear under steady handling. GINGER ZIP set the pace from off the rail, was no match for the winner, held second. SHADES OF JADE settled inside but off the rail, moved out a bit in the stretch, kept on late but missed the place. SALTED was in a bit tight between foes late up the backstretch, encouraged along moving out from two to four wide on the turn, came into upper stretch five to six deep and in range but evened out. MEW N ME pulled forward keenly up the backstretch, pressed the leader, was carried out a bit and bumped lightly coming into upper stretch, lacked the needed late kick. MOONLIGHT PROMISES broke slowly and awkwardly, was on hold behind runners at the back early, fanned eight wide turning for home, was never near enough to threaten. RIDEAU FALLS was outside foes and put in slightly tight quarters up the backstretch, raced three to four wide before shifting in late on the turn, failed to threaten.
