Footnotes
ENCORE MO was hustled outside clearing away and crossing over for the outright lead on the rail heading into the first turn, rambled up front unchallenged down the backside, was nursed along maintaining the advantage on the fence throughout the last bend and kept finding more u def a vigorous ride in the two path down the lane to hold comfortably at the finish line for the front running tally. BALBONI'S CREW was under a snug hold tracking the lead pair around the initial turn and through the backstretch, sat poised on the rail around the last bend behind the frontrunner, shifted out having the winner in his sights three wide at the top of the stretch but could not close the gap in the drive to the finish line for the win but easily bested the rest for the secondary prize. WAHEELA broke outwards on the start, had the rail close to the tail end in the early stages, narrowed the margin but could not gain any position at the half, was relegated to last inside at the three eighths pole, skimmed the fence lengthening stride taking the final corner and finished with intent closing in belatedly to be a clear third in the end. YOU'RE SO LUCKY co-trailed on the outside, advanced smartly four deep outside runners through the backstretch, continued four wide circling around foes on the final turn, moved out to the six path for the drive and kept on trying sustaining a lengthy rally from the half mile marker to last at the finish line holding for a minor placing. HOLY RAMBO rated kindly on the outside keeping tabs on the lead three rivals, was shuffled back slightly between horses at the half, offered little response when urged for more at the five sixteenths pole, had the four path lacking running room stuck behind a walls of runners in upper stretch, altered course getting a clear lane six wide by the furlong marker and made a little run in the late going. WAITINGFORAHOLIDAY was off a step slow in the break, had a couple of runners beaten taking the first turn three wide, dropped back at the half mile marker, made little progress two wide on the final bend, angled to the seven-path at the head of the lane and had some late interest running on gradually outside of rivals. TANIST pressed the issue inside under the wire for the first time, shifted outside midway through the first turn tracking the pacesetter, was content to shadow the frontrunner down the back straight, travelled two wide between horses part of the foursome trying to go after the winner at the quarter pole but could not find more for the drive and weakened in the three path by the furlong marker. MONDAY MORNING had runners on either side running two wide in midfield early on, took closer order watching the lead three rivals at the half, edged up three wide part of the quartet bearing down on the leader with a quarter mile from home, angled out five wide turning for home but faltered at the sixteenth pole. ALLBETSAREOFF was off slowly being brushed by the inside rival as well at the start to be a joint last on the rail around the initial bend, could see the field at the half mile marker, made a brief move three wide passing a runner at the five sixteenths pole but had little left for the drive drifting out, giving way widest inthe nine path by upper stretch.
