HELANA tracked from inside heading to the turn, moved out about the three-eighths, came into upper stretch five wide with aim, struck the lead near the sixteenth pole and held a rival at bay. HERETHEREVERYWHERE settled up close stalking from outside, moved out from three to five wide on the turn, came into upper stretch six deep, ran on well but was only second best. MISS IN RED had good position advancing inside just off the rail into the turn, stalked from in behind while moving out three deep coming to the quarter pole, kept on to get up for show honors late. TAKEMYBOURBONNEAT brushed a rival lightly at the start, recovered well to have good position stalking, advanced three wide to take the lead outside the three-eighths, was overtaken in mid- to late-stretch while weakening. SIL'S GAMBLE bumped with a rival at the start, was near mid-pack into the turn racing inside, moved out on that bend to come four wide to the quarter pole, ran on evenly in the stretch. OUR LADY PEACE bobbled ever so slightly at the start then was lightly brushed, raced outside going about mid-pack on the turn five wide coming to the quarter pole, swung out further for the drive and ran on outside. SOMEDAY GIRL raced just off the inside part of the track, was one-paced. DANCING IN RIO came in after the break lightly brushing a rival, was toward the rear early racing off the inside, swung out eight wide in upper stretch, was never near enough to threaten. HEY NIAMH was forced out a bit at the start, lacked early speed, swung nine wide turning for home, was never a threat. DOWN BY THE SEA was forced in a bit and brushed just after the start then in tight between runners, raced well back, failed to menace. SECRET SOUL bumped with a foe at the start, saved ground on the turn, was not a threat. STILL DANCING broke outwardly but on top, quickly moved clear and shifted in, set the pace from off the rail, faltered and faded.
