Footnotes
CREVALLE ROYALE rated kindly outside tracking the frontrunner, ranged up outside quickly seizing control from the pacesetter midpoint on the turn, raced a little green switching leads a few times in the lane but was kept to the task in deep stretch to hold safe for the win. FORESTERS EXEC was nestled on the rail in the third tier along the backside, advanced smartly on the turn shifted three wide with five sixteenths from the line, posed the main threat five wide turning for home and kept on coming to the end but it wasn't enough late. SNATCHED stalked near the rear on the outside, started a run taking closer order three wide at the quarter pole, angled out in the seven path at the top of the lane reaching for more ground and with a final late burst got up for third outside right at the finish line. TABEI tracked inside down the backstretch, could not quicken when inside the winner who was making a move midway around the bend, shifted outside off the tiring early leader with five sixteenths to go, chased the winner under a vigorous ride four wide in upper stretch but faded in deep stretch to just lose the show money at the wire. SCARY BOO was forced in on the break, stalked near the back ahead of a couple of rivals down the back straight, rallied when shifting out three wide at the quarter pole having a chance for a share in the four path by upper stretch but leveled off in the final sixteenth. MISTY EYED co-trailed on the inside along the backside, made no progression around the bend, angled five wide straightening out for the drive, quickly shifted inwards in upper stretch and finished up greenly to the wire. SILENT SUNSHINE had a good spot alone watching the lead trio down the backstretch, stalked in the third flight on the outside with three eighths to run, was allowed to drift out nine wide at the top of the lane and failed to menace in the stretch running. PRIZED SPIRIT travelled in mid-division inside a fellow rival, improved on the rail in midturn to be in range of the leader on the fence at the top of the stretch, could not continue the run to the wire and yielded inside at the sixteenth pole. MAXINE MAGIC was slow into stride co-trailing on the outside down the backstretch, could not get interested seeing the field on the turn and passed tired runners in the lane. CLOSING APPEAL settled outside in midfield, offered a brief run four wide at the three furlong pole, was floated out widest in the ten path turning for home and emptied out with a furlong left go. LET'S BE FIRST broke in at the start, was hustled to the lead angling in to the rail midway along the backstretch, offered no resistance when losing the lead inside to the winner with five sixteenths from home and backed away abruptly on the fence through the turn.
