NO MORE OPTIONS had a good position patiently sitting behind the pacesetter, shifted out three wide to bid for the lead in upper stretch, wore down the frontrunner by the sixteenth pole and was going away for the win when crossing the finish line. BLAST IN THE SNOW tracked on the fence in the middle of the pack, was under a snug hold but had to drop back when behind runners at the half, took the short way around keeping up with others through the turn, skimmed the fence with momentum at the top of the stretch, shifted just outside two wide with a furlong from the wire and got up right at the finish to win the nod for second money. TIZ ROMANTIC had the lead on the fence into the first of two turns, continued to roll along unopposed down the back straight, still maintained control moving well through the far turn, had no answer for the surging winner outside at the sixteenth pole and just missed in a valiant effort to save the place share at the wire. BRITISH ARTILLERY settled in midfield two wide between runners early on, kept pace but was lacking running room three wide around the last turn, shifted inside to the two path for the stretch drive and finished up mildly for a minor placing in the end. SOUPER DORMY travelled four wide outside foes in mid-division in the beginning, edged closer three deep along the backstretch, started to make a move three wide midpoint around the final bend to be in the mix six wide at the top of the lane, could not go on late and evened out with a furlong left to run. CLAYTON was ahead of only one rival in the early stages of the race, began to pick up rivals outside with three eighths left to run, angled out six wide turning for home in range of the leaders if good enough, could not sustain the rally and stalled outside by mid-stretch. STEAK AND CHEESE tracked three wide into the first turn, chased the frontrunner outside along the backside, was hard ridden but was being passed by runners on both sides at the quarter pole, had little left for the stretch run in the five path and yielded by the furlong marker. HAVE IT MY WAY trailed the field into the first turn, was urged to keep up with rivals down the backside at the half, could not advance on runners around the final turn and did not reach contention in the stretch running.
