WILL THEN was brushed at the start, caught widest entering the first turn five deep gradually moving in just a bit leaving that bend for the run up the backstretch, stalked outside in the second flight, advanced four to five wide leaving the far turn, struck the lead just past the three-sixteenths, moved clear under urging while drifting in through mid-stretch, held from a fast-closing rival. TIZ HER MONEY unhurriedly brought up the rear inside, advanced on the far turn, angled eight wide turning for home, closed fast and was gaining but only second best. D'AURUM was forced into a rival not long after the start, settled off the pace inside, advanced mildly along the rail up the backstretch, saved ground through the far turn, tried to sneak up the rail in mid-stretch, hit the rail in the process, got through and up to gain show honors. BRIGHT SUNSHINE was forwardly-positioned into the first turn, pressed from inside just off the rail, took a narrow lead nearing the seven-sixteenths, was overtaken at the top of the stretch, had no extra and lost third. EXINGTON was prominent in the run to the first turn racing inside foes near the front but off the fence, steadied slightly entering the turn while being taken back off the leaders, tracked in behind under light rating tactics racing off the inside, went evenly throughout and made no bid. ORIENT BEACH was mid-pack three to four wide between runners early, forced out wide fanning seven deep turning for home and still mid-division, angled out a couple further paths in upper stretch and kept on widest to improve position. NICKI IS A BREEZE was well-placed tracking inside not too far off the leaders, dropped back racing off the rail up the backstretch, came out a bit for the drive, ran on evenly. SPUN AROUND brushed a rival at the start, forced the pace from outside three wide leaving the first turn, was headed late up the backstretch, re-engaged the leader dueling on the turn, came out a bit in the stretch and weakened. TALBOT HEIRLOOM came in on rivals in the early going, stalked mid-pack from off the inside, steadied on heels at the half and again nearing the three-eighths in tight, moved between foes soon after about four wide, floated out seven deep leaving the far turn, ran on but needed more. BEAUTIFUL CRAZY was caught outside four to five deep early, continued from that vantagepoint through the far turn near the rear, failed to rally. POP ROX was up close four to five wide, done at the three-eighths and promptly dropped back. JUSTIFY'S JEWELL was bumped soon after the start, raced at the back outside or otherwise off the inside part of the course, was not a factor.
