KITTEN'S ROMANCE was allowed to settle at the back ahead of one runner, waited patiently behind a wall of tracking rivals through the turn, found a seam five wide in early stretch, was let loose quickly extending her stride at the furlong pole and drew off smartly in the late stages. LADY MOONSHINE tracked the top two while between runners down the backside, rallied in the two path with a quarter mile left to go, moved in to be in the thick of things on the fence with a furlong from the wire, was no match for the winner late but easily bested the rest at the wire. SPIDER BELLE broke inwards, was slow into stride trailing down the backstretch, started to uncork a rally shifting out three wide at the quarter pole, swung out four wide behind runners in upper stretch, angled out more getting a clear lane in the five path at the eighth pole and closed belatedly for the show money. KATHERINE'S GEM shadowed the pacesetter outside down the back straight, could not make any gain on the leader chasing outside around the bend, shifted out four wide in the mix at the top of the stretch and evened out finishing up on the wrong lead in the final furlong. ADDENDUM seized command from the onset, continued to roll along up top quickening the tempo around the turn, was collared in the three path with rivals on both sides at the eighth pole and faded in the final sixteenth of a mile. DIOSA CATRINA travelled three deep in the second flight, continued a three wide journey keeping pace with others throughout the turn, angled six wide for the drive, could not quicken between foes and lacked a finish in deep stretch. LOOKS LUCKY TO ME stalked near the rear on the outside, offered a brief run circling rivals five wide at the quarter pole to be in range in the seven path turning for home, could not sustain the rally and weakened at the furlong marker. HELLO FRIENDS had a good position nestled on the rail in midfield along the backside, travelled comfortably on the fence keeping pace while watching the front pair around the turn, hugged the rail turning for home but faltered inside foes by mid-stretch.
