LOVE YOU LIPPY broke sharp, angling inwards quickly getting to the fence by the nine sixteenths pole, rolled along well in hand with the rider quiet in the saddle around the turn increasing the advantage at the quarter pole, was set down for more at the furlong marker and coasted home in deep stretch for the dominant gate to wire score. MITOLE POWER shared the rear inside with a half mile remaining, could see the field saving ground throughout the bend, had a good turn of foot mounting a rally angling out between horses four wide turning for home and closed in belatedly outside rivals in the final furlong to be a distant second best at the finish line. QUIET MADDELENA was away alertly, forcing the pace inside in the beginning, took back when reined in on the fence at the half to sit in midfield, started to make a run inside foes at the quarter pole, kept on coming in the two path at the top of the stretch and had a good late surge on the fence inside horses with a sixteenth left to go capturing the show money at the wire. ONDINE LADY was roused down the backstretch improving from the rear to chase the pacesetter inside another with four furlongs still to go, kept pace with the leader having the fence around the oval, hugged the rail in the hunt turning for home, drifted to the two path by the furlong pole and evened out in the late drive to settle for a minor placing in the end. SHAMRA travelled outside horses four deep in mid-pack down the backstretch, was urged to go after the frontrunner making a rally three wide around rivals at the five sixteenths pole, had the three path in the mix at the top of the lane, could not find more late and weakened between rivals in the final sixteenth of a mile. BLAZING SKY co-trailed on the outside at the half mile marker, travelled three wide through the bend having little movement, angled out to the five path for the stretch drive but could not get involved in the late running. TREVESS tracked the frontrunner outside down the back straight, gave way midway on the turn when rivals on either side went past when starting to make a rally, had little to offer turning for home and emptied out four wide in upper stretch.
