MAKE NO MISTAKE had a good position on the rail watching the engaged twosome, pounced finding a seam three wide straightening out for home, wore down the pacesetter by the sixteenth pole and edged away for the win in deep stretch. KNOW HOW (GB) had a stalking trip ahead of a few rivals down the backside, edged closer on the fence through the turn to have a chance for a piece of the prize in the two path driving to the wire, shifted out with a furlong remaining to have a clear run late and with one final late burst when urged right-handed got up for second money at the finish line. CRAFTY OAKS dueled inside up top down the backside, had a narrow advantage on the rail through the turn, spurted away briefly in upper stretch only to be collared by the winner at the sixteenth pole offering no resistance and could not hold on right at the finish line for the runners up share as well. ALA TURKA was away slowly, co-trailing on the inside in mid-backstretch, was forced to wait behind a trio of runners at the three eighths pole, angled out to be six wide gathering speed at the top of the lane, rallied smartly in the three path at the eighth pole and got up at the wire to settle on the fringes. NORTHERN RUBY stumbled at the start. co-trailed on the outside at the half, circled four wide moving around foes at the three eighths pole, angled out to the seven path with momentum in early stretch, shifted inwards having run four wide at the furlong marker but just lost the battle for the minors in the end. MRS. DEL stalked near the rear between challengers, offered a mild run three wide at the three furlong pole until being in the six path straightening out for the drive, could not sustain the rally down the lane and stalled while not switching leads at the furlong marker. SILENT GUROO tracked the front two outside in the early parts of the race, was in range five wide at the top of the lane, could not find more late and flattened out in deep stretch. DREAMING OF HOPE sat alone in the third tier along the backside, was hard ridden but was being passed by runners on both sides in midturn and emptied out by upper stretch. GET MY DRIFT prompted the pace outside down the backside, continued to hound the leader outside around the bend, gave way in the four path turning for home and wilted in mid-stretch.
