MY SUNNY VALENTINE stalked from inside a foe but off the fence, advanced two then three wide, took the lead at the top of the stretch, drove clear and was kept to the task. GLORIANNIA shifted in settling just off the pace in the third flight, raced near but off the fence into and on the turn, came out four wide for the drive, was second best. LUNCH WITH BERNIE quickly moved clear, set the pace on or just off the rail, was challenged and overtaken at the top of the stretch but fought on to save and share show honors. VOICE FROM ABOVE settled near mid-pack racing off the rail, improved position between foes late. SPIRIT BEAR got away well, settled outside off the leaders, swung five to six wide, kept on evenly late. DETERMINED FIRST settled off the pace, was off the rail two to three wide into the turn, came out five wide in late stretch, needed more. ANAM CARA settled off the pace going three to four wide into the turn, faced moderate traffic in behind runners in upper stretch, improved inside foes. IZATIZ chased from outside the eventual winner, drifted five wide into upper stretch, came up empty. SOCIETY'S KAT was forced four wide on the turn racing outside at the back, came out a path or two further for the stretch run, failed to menace. MRS. C chased mid-pack from off the inside, was never near enough to threaten. SOUPER FLASHY chased from inside near mid-pack, dropped back past the seven-sixteenths.
