Footnotes
WICKED DJANGO settled well back of the leaders early racing off the inside, made a steady advance late up the backstretch, swept past runners inhaling them willingly five wide late on the far turn to take command by upper stretch, kicked clear under urging and was kept to the task. DRESDEN ROW was forwardly-positioned heading to the first turn and taken back tucking in behind the leaders to stalk outside a foe in the second flight, was niggled along three furlongs out, put to stout urging by the quarter pole coming four wide to the top of the stretch, fought on and got the place closing the gap on the winner. STANLEY HOUSE tracked in behind and inside just off the leading pair, was up close turning into upper stretch, lacked room when boxed in, shifted in then shifted out in mid- to late-stretch and finished full of energy to get up for show honors. FOREVER SOUPER was forwardly-positioned pressing from outside, applied further pressure on the far turn making a brief bid with a very narrow and short-lived lead just outside the top of the stretch, fought on for minor awards before yielding late. BAIL US OUT was loaded riderless, unhurried in the early going tucking in saving ground on the first turn, came out several paths for the stretch run, kept on inside a runner to improve position. NEVER SURPRISED dropped in entering the first turn racing behind the leading quartet in behind near the inside, angled out seven wide at the top of the stretch when put to urging, ran on but needed more. TOSEN WISH (IRE) was far back trailing the field early, failed to menace. PARAMOUNT PRINCE was quick to lead, set the pace from just off the rail, was pressured into and on the far turn, gave way in the stretch.
