LOADED JUSTICE had a nice trip tucked in on the fence behind the frontrunner, waited on the turn behind the embattled pair, shifted out three wide off the dueling leaders in mid-stretch, seized command by the sixteenth pole and had just enough left in reserve to fend off the late outside challenger at the wire. RED IN FRONT settled on the fence watching the front three, shifted outside midway along the backside, took closer order to track the contesting pair outside into the turn, moved in to bid three wide at the quarter pole, shifted out four wide in the thick of things straightening out for home, fought on gamely outside but could not get by the stubborn winner down the stretch. HANLAN had a slim lead between horses down the backside, maintained a narrow advantage on the fence around the turn, battled on the rail in upper stretch, put away the pesky early speed foe by the eighth pole but was no match for the top two finishers who closed in strongly in deep stretch and settled for a clear third at the wire. ASHUKA prompted the pace three deep, continued to hound the frontrunner outside throughout the turn, duel stubbornly in the two path in upper stretch but gave way by the furlong marker staying on to be a fringe player in the end. CLIVE CROSS travelled on the rail in midfield, was roused on the fence closing the gap smartly by the half mile marker, moved up in the two path around the turn, shifted out five wide at the top of the lane and finished up willingly gaining on the leaders late. HALCON NEGRO broke out on the start, travelled in the rail in midfield, started to rally splitting runners midturn to have a chance for a piece of the prize behind the front four in mid-stretch but could only finish up evenly late posing no threat. STEPHEN B GOOD was situated in the middle of the pack four deep, made no headway four wide around the turn, swung out widest in the seven path for the drive but had little presence in the stretch drive outside foes. MAMBO BLUE stalked near the rear at the start, made an early move rushing up along the backside, tracked the top three between by the half, kept pace under a ride three wide around the bend, angled six wide for the stretch run and finished up gradually down the lane. FAST FRIENDS was brushed inside on the break, stalked near the rear four deep outside rivals along the backside, made little progression travelling three wide on the turn and could not factor in the stretch running. JAVA POWER stalked close to the back of the pack ahead of only the poor starter down the backside, made no movement taking the short way around the turn, angled out to the two path turning for home and passed a rival in upper stretch. GLORIOUS REVENGE hopped on the break, settled in midfield in the beginning, stalked in the third flight on the inside of rivals down the backstretch, regressed on the fence through the turn and emptied out on the rail by the top of the stretch. ONE HELL OF A GIRL hesitated then veered inwards on the break, trailed down the backstretch, lost touch with the field around the bend and galloped down the stretch crossing the finish line.
