WHISKEY N ICE battled three deep having a slim advantage outside down the backstretch, travelled three wide into the turn, began to edge away outside foes at the three furlong pole, opened up at the top of the lane while running in the two path and coasted home for the win. PORSHAS RUN pressed the issue inside, dueled on the rail in the mix up top with three furlongs to go, was checked briefly in midturn and chased the winner home being a distant runner up at the finish line. SCOTTY'S LOVE CHIL settled on the rail in midfield, could not go with others who were starting to make a move three furlongs from home, made little impression on the turn and could not be a factor in the stretch drive galloping down the stretch to be a distant third in the end. MAGNETIZE had a stalking role inside along the backside, mounted a rally extended her stride at the three-furlong pole, fell avoiding a fallen runner, dislodged the rider and walked off. NO LAYUPS vied between runners for the front down the backside, appeared to have clipped the leader's heels in tight in the vicinity of three eighths marker, fell dislodging the rider and walked off. ANOTHER PINKY had a good position tracking the embattled trio down the back straight, fell midturn trying to avoid rivals, dislodged the rider and walked off. MRS. BENJAMIN had a sluggish start to trail the field down the backside, fell midway around the turn attempting to avoid foes, dislodged the rider and walked off. CLARAMENTE stalked in the third flight outs, stumbled badly trying to avoid fallen rivals inside the three eighths pole, dislodged the rider and walked off. STEWARDS INQUIRY REGARDING #4 NO LAYUPS AND #7 WHISKEY AND ICE AS WELL AS A RIDERS CLAIM OF FOUL #1 PORSHAS RUN AGAINST #7 WHISKEY AND RUN THROUGH THE TURN RESULTED IN #7 WHISKEY AND ICE BEING DISQUALIED AND PLACED LAST, NOTE.....EVEN THOUGH IN THE TOTE PRICES #3 MAGNETIZE SHOWS AS THE THIRD PLACE FINISHER HE DID NOT COMPLETE RACE
