LEGALLY CHARITABLE was bumped outside on the break, travelled in midfield between foes in the three path down the back straight, edged up to be in the second flight outside around the turn, loomed boldly in the five path at the top of the stretch, powered past for the lead leaving the eighth pole and won going away when crossing the finish line. THATSITTHATSALL was unhurried trailing at the start, started to rally splitting foes three furlongs from the line, swung out to the six path gathering more momentum in early stretch and with a solid late run closed in to best the rest for the runners up share at the wire. SIGIRIYA was content to track outside along the backstretch, took closer order to battle outside by the three eighths pole, dueled through the turn, edged away for a brief lead straightening out for home, had no answer when the winner swept past at the furlong pole and faded a touch late, unable to save the runners up share in deep stretch. FOREST VIXEN had a good spot nestled on the rail watching the top two down the backside, travelled on the fence in the second flight waiting for the cue to move behind the leaders on the turn, shifted out in the four path but was lacking running room in upper stretch, angled five wide at the furlong marker having a clear lane and finished up willingly for a minor role in the end. SMILES FOR DAVID stalked three deep near the rear, made little headway three wide around foes in the bend, swung out widest in the seven path at the top of the lane and passed some runners late in deep stretch. WAR'S END KISS co-trailed on the inside at the half, made no progression seeing the field through the turn, shifted to the four path for the stretch drive but could not get involved running to the finish line. KNOTTY AND NICE broke in at the start, recovered to take command down the backstretch, had pressure outside up front with three furlongs left to run, relinquished the lead in the two path turning for home and could not find more late wilting in the final sixteenth inside runners. TATOOSONMYSOUL was under a good hold rating kindly in mid-pack between horses, regressed on the rail around the turn and had nothing to offer on the fence at the top of the stretch.
