ALWAYS A WAY chased from outside, advanced leaving the turn coming into upper stretch five deep, struck the lead past the eighth pole, got the nod. CHAIRMAN BOB dropped back along the inside, rallied up the rail in the stretch, just missed. MILITARY FORCE rated in behind from just off the inside, faced traffic turning into upper stretch, came out five to six wide, ran on. RAPTURE BAY bobbled at the start, was up close stalking from off the inside, kept on evenly. ABSOLUTE CHAIRMAN sped clear shifting in to set the pace near the inside, was off the rail turning for home, weakened in the stretch. KID FORESTER was at the back, fanned six wide into upper stretch advancing some but failed to rally thereafter. MANNIX (IRE) stalked from outside, weakened.
