Footnotes
DECADENT DANISH was bumped into a rival at the start, tucked in behind the leaders tracking inside, came out at the top of the stretch, bid in mid-stretch, edged away under steady handling. NOBURU was lightly brushed at the start but quick to make the lead, set the pace inside, was challenged in mid-stretch, proved no match but second best. MAKER'S FLATTER bumped a rival at the start, settled outside a foe mid-pack stalking, came out five then six wide turning for home, kept on late and just got the nod for show. NOT A CARE settled off the pace inside saving ground, came out a bit leaving the far turn then moved back inside at the top of the stretch before coming out again a couple paths, lost third late. KING RONIN chased from outside, steadily weakened in the stretch. GRAND WARRIOR (JPN) was bumped and squeezed back at the start, made a mild early advance outside four wide, floated six to seven wide into upper stretch, flattened out.
